Frequently Asked Questions
Below are some of the questions we get asked frequently – if you require additional information or would like to request a quote, please get in touch.
We are always happy to provide rough estimates based on requirements and the amount of waste we are told about. You can also send us photos via WhatsApp for an estimate. For a finalised quote, an in person visit would be required.
We have a fleet of vehicles dedicated to serving the North East – usually we can remove your waste within 24 first contact. We will always try our hardest to accomodate our customers needs, no matter how big or small the job size.
Here at UWS we pride ourselves on environmental compliance – we hold full public liability insurance, our fleet of vehicles is fully insured and we hold a waste carriers license from the Enivornment Agency – available to view.
We are able to accept bank transfer, cash and card payments. These will always be taken after the work has been completed and you are completely satisified with the works performed. A waste transfer note will also be given.
For commercial and business clients we are able to provide credit & payment terms ranging from 30 – 60 days – this is dependant on our credit insurer. Terms will be stated on your invoice, which we will be sent to you via e-Mail.
All jobs performed are referenced with evidence of the work, a corresponding waste transfer note and invoice. All of this information is forwarded to you via email from our office within 24 hours of the works being performed.
